Dr. Charles Eugster is no ordinary dentist.

He is 93-year old but is still turning heads at the gym with his awesome physique.

Despite being 93 years of age. In a recent competition, he still was able to perform 57 dips, 50 pushups, 61 chin-ups, and over 40 abdominal crunches in less than 45 seconds for each exercise.

Since he is already in his 90′s, he was allowed to do the pushups on his knees, but despite this, I’m still impressed and inspired by his feats.

As we age, our human growth hormone production is slowed down and often put to a halt, but despite this apparent fact, would you believe this guy started training just 6 years ago at the age of 87?

While most of the readers here are not able to do the feats this guy has done, it should be inspiring for us to start as early as now to train for a better physique.

Not all of us can be like him someday with the zest and energy to do very strenuous tasks so late into life.

As I’ve said, and many body builders will also agree upon, it’s very difficult to add muscle to a skinny build, especially late in life where human growth hormone is not that abundant in production anymore.

Take note that Dr. Eugster was overweight when he started to train, and he did train under a professional body builder. So for most of us, skinny people, this should only serve as an inspiration to train at an early age because as the years go by it becomes harder and harder to gain muscle.

So, what are we waiting for, let’s go and train and get the body we want.
