I Don’t Have the Time On My Hands To Workout
Oh yeah, we’ve all been here before. Not enough time. The fact is that it only takes at the minimum 3 hours of workout a week to get started on your way to getting ripped and buff.
Rome is not built overnight and neither should your masterpiece be. It takes time, but it doesn’t take too much of your time. There are 168 hours in a week and you only need 3 hours with the proper exercise methods and right nutrition to get ripped and add muscle.
I myself have a 50-hour workweek, a busy schedule riddled with birthdays, events, conventions, but seem to always make those 3-4 hours a week count.
The reason why most people use this excuse is because they have other things in mind that prevent them from going for their goals. People are born to procrastinate and self-sabotage, there are only a handful of people who plan carefully and succeed in their little goals. Are you one of them?
Getting Buff or Ripped Is Difficult and Isn’t Worth The Time and Effort
Yes, and most likely almost everything in life that’s worth fighting for and earning is difficult and seem hard to achieve. Like getting a well-paid job, staying alive, getting the girl of your dreams, building a sustainable business.
All of the things in life worth getting and keeping need time and effort. So does building a better physique.
So the next time your friends (girls) drool over some model guy’s rocking abs, you’ll know for a fact that with some dedication, a little investment in time and effort to workout, some girls out there are going to swoon over you when you get hot as well.
It’s Too Complicated For Me; I’m Overwhelmed
It’s fairly simple. Eat the right food, workout correctly, get the right rest, and you’ll hit the goal, no problem. There’s nothing overwhelming about that at all. The correct exercise can be found in the right places, and so do the food and nutrition you need. The hard part is getting the facts straight.
No Matter how much I eat, I can’t seem to gain any weight or muscle
Once you’ve done everything and eaten the right amount, exercised correctly, and rested just right, but still aren’t getting anywhere, it might be time to continue doing it.
Yes, it isn’t an overnight process. It takes at least 3 days to see a tiny bit of result. Just keep working the program for at least a month before trying out another program that really suits you.
Remember to eat more, workout hard, and rest often.
I’m Happy The Way I Am Right Now
Ah yes, the universal excuse, the comfort zone. Well, if you are already happy, then stay that way, no one is forcing you be someone you aren’t, but don’t expect to get ripped so easily without even an inch of effort.
